My name is Leon and I am currently living in Hamburg, Germany.

I like to share my thoughts on data related topics but as well on current trends like AI. This blog is currently in dev phase so changes will occur from day to day.

Currently, I am working as an operations controller in a medium sized, US owned company in Germany with tasks such as creating data integrations, designing data models and creating reports.

I currently work with Power BI (Online Service/Analysis Services) but have worked with other tools such as Grafana in the past.

I always try to get my hands on some new projects, if you or your company needs help on a topic that I covered on my website, please hit me up.

The only difference between my work and hobbies is the monthly payment I receive for one of them. Means in my free time I try out new techniques on how to get data 'reportable'. I like to be one of the first faces a new software sees after it gets born from ambitious and commendable programmers.

Because the question will be asked at some point: I like to tinker with AI, but I do not like to automate blog postings with AI. This is meant to be an insight on topics I stumble across my daily life and not the lesser quintessence of generations of posts on the internet, boiled down by a statistical model that likes to miss crucial points.

Some of my posts will be visible to subscribers only because I like to not have my thoughts scraped by some greedy bots.
