About Leon

I'm an operations controller at a mid-sized, US-owned company in Hamburg, Germany.

My work sits at the intersection of operations and data engineering: building integrations, designing data models, and building reports that give the business a clear, reliable picture of what's actually happening.

My primary stack is Power BI (Online Service / Analysis Services). I've also worked with Grafana and other tools — and I like being among the first to explore what a new platform can do.

This blog is where I document what I learn and build along the way. It's still in active development, so expect it to evolve.

About Putri

I'm finishing my bachelor's degree in Business Informatics (Business Informatics) and heading into the IT industry.

My background is, honestly, unusual: I'm currently working as a care professional (care professional/nurse), which taught me how to coordinate work, lead people, and stay calm under pressure - and I now bring those soft skills into a technical context.

On the practical side, I've worked with MongoDB and have led full-stack development projects from the coordination and project-management angle - bringing a project from idea to delivery rather than writing the code myself.

I'm comfortable in front of a large audience and I care about clear, positive communication.

I also publish content now and then, usually from a people-and-process point of view.
